职位描述

Mission:

To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.


Key Tasks:

1 manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
2 conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
3 analyzing the market for the product line as compared to the competition and developing strategic plans for the category
4 sales forecasting and pricing
5 responsible for communicating the product positioning, technical capabilities and financials to senior management
6 demonstrate ability to supervise and lead Product Management activities, including development of new products
7 involvement in development of trade show strategies and manage execution of those strategies
8 demonstrate ability to understand the business P&L
9 work closely with Key Opinion Leaders, Target Customers and Buying Groups to develop strong relationships
10 monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
11 determine and manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
12 develop pricing strategy
13 liaison with media and advertising

Necessary and optional degrees:

Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification, bachelors degree required, MBA preferred


Relevant experience:

1 minimum 5-7 years of Product Management or Marketing Management experience
2 experience in new product development preferred
3 must have experience performing market analysis, developing strategic plans, and developing new product requirements including customer input and promotional budgets
4 experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
5 technical marketing skills
6 proven experience in customer and market research
7 experience with logistics is preferred
8 Good knowledge of B2B and B2C Chinese and international websites and companies.
