Report to: Retail Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:
？ Actively approach customers and offer assistance with product information at the counter.
积极热情地接待客户，向其提供产品信息
？ Ensure the appointed retail space is in best condition according to standard, including visual merchandising, cleanliness of equipment/appliances etc.
确保销售环境符合公司标准（如视觉陈列、清洁等）
？ Maintain an ongoing brand awareness.
向顾客展示良好的品牌形象，提高公司品牌的知名度
？ Maintain supply of marketing materials such as product brochures etc.
保证相关市场资料，如产品目录能及时供应
？ To collect the customers’ needs, including product, price, marketing activities, service etc. and report to the company for future sales strategy.
收集顾客对产品、价格、市场及服务等方面的需求信息，并及时反馈给公司，为公司经营决策提供参考
？ To collect the customers’ feedback and report to the company.
收集顾客的意见和建议，并将信息反馈给公司
？ Submit weekly and monthly counter sales report and stock list to secure counter management.
递交柜台销售周报告、月报告以及库存表，确保商品账实相符
？ Attend monthly training to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
参加每月培训，提高销售技巧和学习产品知识
？ Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experiences:
？ At least 2 years retail sales experience in luxury industry
2年以上奢侈品行业零售销售经验
？ Good appearance, open minded and pleasant personality
形象好、气质佳、性格外向、亲和力强
？ Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
良好的沟通能力和表达能力，善于处理人际关系
？ Customer service oriented, responsible and a good team player
服务意识强，有责任心，具有团队合作精神
？ Good oral English preferred
良好英语者优先
