职位描述

岗位职责:
1. 带领Call Center团队,并确保团队各项KPI达到合同规定的标准,确保团队整体服务质量优秀;
2. 管理各级管理人员,包括TL、质检、培训等,并致力于从下级中选拔、培养管理更高级的管理者;
3. 帮助各岗位管理人员提升技能,并帮助他们所管理的团队健康、稳定的发展;
4. 负责与公司相应部门进行日常工作沟通交流;
5. 构建Call Center部门健康、积极、向上、有凝聚力的企业文化,增加人员稳定性及团队向心力;
6. 发现部门已存或潜在的风险或问题,并致力于不断纠正、改进、解决相应问题;
7. 不断优化项目组各项工作流程,提升工作效率;
8. 处理Call Center部门各项日常管理工作,并协助运营经理处理其他各项相关事务。

任职要求:
1.大专及以上学历;
2.一年以上外企团队管理经验,同行管理经验者优先考虑;
3.具备良好的管理、沟通、指导、传授技巧和时间管理技巧;
4.具备自主发现问题并提出解决方案的能力;具备迅速有效的执行力;具有高度的责任心;能够在多变、复杂、高压力的环境下工作;
5.具备处理紧急突出事件的能力,可以接受不定期的加班等;
6.具有基本英文听、说、读、写能力,英语4级以上;
7.熟练使用Excel、Word、Power pint等办公软件。

Responsibility:
1.Lead the Call Center and guarantee the total KPI stated in the contract, make sure the total service quality stays at a high level;
2.Manage staff members of all levels in the Call Center including the supervisor, QC and trainer, select and develop potential leader of the department or even higher level;
3.Help every staff to upgrade their skills and maintain a healthy and steady growth of their team;
4.Responsible for daily cross department coordinator;
5.Manage the department’s adherence, ensure a positive enterprise culture, enhance the stability of the team;
6.Find the existing and potential risks and problems of the department; correct, improve and resolve them continuously;
7.Keep optimizing the detailed working flow of every function, improve the work efficiency;
8.Deal with the general management work of Call Center, support the operating manager on conducting other related affairs.

Qualifications:
1.College degree or above;
2.More than 1 year experience in customer service or call center management in a foreign company, peer is preferred;
3.Excellent managing, communicating skills, good at instructing and has efficiency time management skills;
4.Can discover and put forward to solutions independently, fast-acting execution, with high sense of responsibility; can work under pressure and handle well with a changeable and complex work environment;
5.Conversant in listening, verbally and writing English, CET4 is a must;
6.Proficient in using MS Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
