Main responsibilities主要职责:

1. 负责数据库系统的总体设计和规划，保证数据库的稳定和安全

2. 制定数据库开发的整个工作流程，定期进行性能优化、整理、维护、备份

3. 建立完善的安全防范及灾难补救机制

4. 完成数据库相关需求分析和设计，并能对数据库运行和未来发展进行合理评估

5. 制定数据库管理制度和操作规范，对数据库工程师进行指导和培训

6. 带领数据库部门同事一起按时完成公司安排的各项工作，包括考核等任务


Basic requirements基本要求（学历、工作经验、形象气质、专业技能 、工作态度和能力）:

1.五年以上oracle工作经验，三年以上专职Oracle DBA工作经验。

2.精通Oracle9i RAC和Oracle 11g数据库。

3.熟悉Linux系统下Oracle数据库的安装配置、备份及数据恢复，掌握数据库安全管理等技术。

4.具有丰富的Oracle管理和调优经验，熟悉各种调优方法和工具，能够对数据库整体环境进行性能监控。

5.精通PL/SQL，能进行SQL优化和存储过程的优化。

6.精通数据库设计，能为开发人员开发高性能系统提供配合和指导，能编写数据库设计文档。

7.具备高度的责任心，工作认真，细致，能承受压力，具备良好的沟通能力。
