Main responsibilities主要职责:

1. 根据战略规划，保证项目运营网站和公司门户网站的平稳运行。

2. 负责对相关网站进行整体规划：包括框架设计，风格调整，内容建设，模块布局，性能优化，功能测试及维护管理。

3. 负责网站建设需求方案、详细设计、测试步骤等文档编写和归档。

4. 负责网站方面的技术研究、开发规范制定和执行，网站未来发展方向跟踪和策略调整。

5. 按时其它领导安排的各项工作，包括考核等任务。



Basic requirements基本要求:

1.熟练操作dreamweaver、flash、Photoshop ，fireworks ，Illustrator、等相关软件，精通div+css设计，符合w3c标准要求。

2.熟悉Html语言, 熟悉Javascript脚本语言，能够与程序员配合完成项目。

3.具有较强的美术创作能力和动态感控能力，有独到的创意理念。

4.学习能力强，富有团队精神，有责任感和沟通能力，乐于配合和协作他人共同完成工作。具备高度创造性，工作效率高，有独立文案策划能力。

5.两年以上的网站美工或相关工作经验。面试时带上能代表自己水平的作品。
