General description of work assignments
? Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
? Educate colleagues by establishing programs/seminars
? Collating, preparing quality statistics
? Manage QHSE personnel and be responsible for their recruitment, training and development.
? Conduct rolling audits of ISO system
? Actively support establishment of QMS and be responsible for maintaining it
? Take a leading role the ISO implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, TS16949
? Supervision of corrective/preventive actions
? Ensure company complies with certified ISO standards
? Conduct management review meeting and document the meeting minutes
? Ensure that EHS regulations are kept according to government and corporate standards
? Management of small laboratory and test station
? Complete ad-hoc assignments based on business needs
Areas of responsibility
? Implement corporate standards
? Manager of EHS Specialist
? Manager of ISO system specialist
? Member of local management team
? Budget responsible for the dept.
Work experience requirements
? Proven record of experience in managing QEHS dept.
? Excellent understanding & working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, TS16949
? Experience with SAP
? Work experience with foreign company (corporate language English)
? Experience in setting up QMS and ISO certification
? Experienced within APQP, PPAP, MSA,SPC and FMEA
Educational requirements
? University graduate with engineering background
? diploma or degree in QA/QC
