Archibat 正在为一家知名国际建筑设计事务所山海总部寻找商业地产咨询顾问,
This multi-disipline practice has wide exposure in large scale commercial, retail and residential architectural, urban planning, landscape and interior design. They also have offices in Beijing and Shenzhen.

1） 较强的商业地产构思及策划能力，良好的语言表达能力和逻辑思维能力;
2） 辅助项目经理进行商业地产和住宅地产方案中商业项目的前期分析、商业定位和功能定位和招商策划等;
3） 对大型商业综合体,主题商业中心和购物中心以及社区商业等进行商业策划和招商代理.
4） 参与项目汇报及现场考察等工作;能够与业主方、代理方和项目相关方进行日常的技术沟通和交流;
5）辅助资深咨询顾问进行日常项目管理

任职要求：

国家正规重点大学经济类管理学专业毕业，本科及以上学历
2年以上国内大中型商业地产咨询机构或正规外（合）资商业地产咨询机构工作经验
熟练掌握电脑软件，如Word, PowerPoint ,Excel等。
一定的项目管理能力，良好的英语沟通能力优先考虑
