Major responsibilities:
1. Coordinate Investor Relations events, including earnings reports, onsite investor and analyst meetings, and financial conference appearances
2. Coordinate analyst and investor calls for quarterly earnings releases and other major announcements
3. Maintain IR website, phone line and email
4. Manage Investor Relations contact database
5. Assist in planning and organizing an annual Analyst Day, including choosing venue and vendors; maintaining preparation and production schedule
6. Partner with corporate communications company on company and industry developments and announcements
7. Target prospective long term investors with goal of increasing high-quality institutional ownership and analyst coverage

2. Accurateness and ability to meet deadline

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above (legal, finance, accounting or related field), oversea education background preferred
2. Excellent written and verbal English and communication skills
3. Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
4. Strong theoretical understanding of corporate financial concepts
5. Basic working knowledge of SEC disclosure rules
6. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail, the ability to take ownership of issues, to work independently with confidence, and to meet deadlines
