Brief Introduction职位简介

· To improve the utilization effectiveness of company funds, reduce operating costs, control financial risks and improve company performance, actively conduct business development (including investment and management contract with third party) and asset management according to the standards of Ascott China.

依据雅诗阁中国的战略布局及投资标准，积极进行项目拓展（含投资及第三方管理输出项目）及资产管理，以提高公司资金运用效率，降低运营成本，控制财务风险，提升公司业绩。

· Market research and analysis

市场调研、数据搜集及分析

· Feasibility study report submission

出具可行性分析报告

· Asset/equity acquisition or management plan

制定项目并购或股权转让计划

· Business negotiation as well as agreement execution.

参与项目谈判并实施

· Consistency check of actual property handover and subsequent renovation based on acquisition plan and approved budget

核查项目移交及后续工程是否符合收购方案及前期预算

· Operating asset condition monitoring and analysis, analytical report and suggestions

监控分析资产状况，提出分析报告与改进建议

· Operating plan and budget study and assessment

分析与调整管理公司所提出的营运方案及预算

· Real estate industry policy and tendency update.

收集房地产经营性资产相关的信息

Requirements资质需求

· Bachelor’s degree or above, major in business management, financial management, real estate management and financial or engineering related disciplines.

企业管理、财务管理、房地产管理、金融投资或工程类相关专业，本科以上学历。

· 3-5 years foreign-invested companies’ working experience in investment, financial management, asset management and other related fields. The real estate fund management experience is preferred.

3-5年外资企业财务管理、资产管理相关工作经验，有房地产基金管理工作经验者尤佳。

· Industry savvy and have some macro-analysis ability.

了解集团所涉及的行业，具备一定的宏观分析能力。

· Be proficient in English and can write various reports and other kinds of work related documents in English.

英文熟练，能够用英文撰写各类工作报告等相关文件。

· Strong comprehensive analysis capability, organization ability and mobilization ability as well as good Chinese / English communication skills, with good public relations and coordination abilities.

较强的综合分析能力，组织能力和动员能力，好的中/英文沟通能力，具有良好的公关及协调能力。

· Familiar with Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint and other office systems.

熟悉Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint等办公系统。

· Have right working attitude, engaged, trust-worthy. Strong ability to undertake working pressure.
