1、 了解客户需求，及时满足客户需要。
2、 根据销售及客户的要求制作销售合同及订单，并完成合同签订的相关事宜。
3、 根据合同要求安排发货事宜，并跟踪到货情况。
4、 和工厂物流、生产等各部门紧密沟通协作，将客户需求传达给工厂支持部门。
5、 给客户培训公司发货流程、产品的出厂方式以及订货中需要注意的各项事宜等。
6、 管理和控制合同及订单处理的过程文件，并分类归档，定期汇编成册备案。
7、 和OEM加工厂签订采购合同，监督其按合同要求交货，进行过程控制。
8、 定期记录、汇总库存报表。
9、 录入SAP系统中与客服部门相关的销售订单、采购订单。
10、 领导交办的其它工作。

集团在陕西杨凌国家级农业高新技术产业示范区建设了全球第一条年产六万立方米定向结构麦秸板生产线。
The company has invested the world’s first OSSB production line, with a production capacity of 60,000 m3 annually, in the national Yangling Agricultural Hi-tech Industries Demonstrative Zone of Shaanxi Province.

生产线应用加拿大阿尔伯塔研究院的专利技术，利用天然小麦秸秆为原材料，辅以无甲醛的胶黏剂，经过一整套加工工艺热压而成的一种多层结构板材。这种板材具有结构强度高、承载性能强、甲醛“零”排放、握钉力出色、防潮防虫、易于加工等特性，可以广泛应用于建筑工程、室内装潢、家具地板、包装行业等领域。
Licensed exclusively by Alberta Research Council Canada, this line can produce a multi-layer structural panel by processing natural wheat straw glued with a formaldehyde-free adhesive. This panel, applauded for its performance in terms of structural strength, loading capacity, formaldehyde-free, nail holding, and workability. Can be applied in construction, interior decoration, furniture, flooring, packaging, etc.

诺菲博尔生态板实现了麦秸秆的循环利用和节材代木，不仅有利于保护森林资源，而且有效地减少了秸秆焚烧带来的环境污染问题，秸秆回收又可以为农民增收开辟了新途径。
