培训网络开发经理

万国群星正寻求一位全职的培训网络开发经理，在青少年培训部负责拓展的新的合作场地,维护与现有合作场地之间的关系。
工作职责

? 维护和增进青少年培训部与现有合作场地之间的关系.
? 针对课程计划和时间安排,确保俱乐部与合作场地之间能够及时有效的沟通。
? 及时有效地处理与场地相关的问题。
? 建立并维护一个潜在的合作场地数据库，包括学校，幼儿园，公共场地和其他独立场地。
? 鉴别合适的合作场地，通过沟通与协商取得合作机会来拓展俱乐部的青训合作伙伴。
? 与管理部门一起制定俱乐部培训网络的战略发展计划。
? 如有需要，参加&协助俱乐部与其他第三方活动&赛事。

职位要求

万国群星俱乐部工作地点酒仙桥。工作时间为周一至周五5天，如有需要，周末也会有工作安排。
? 大学本科学历
? 良好的语言运用和书写能力（英语以及中文，同时能使用更多外语者优先）
? 有销售和客户管理经验者优先
? 有能力建立和维护关于合作伙伴的数据库，确保数据的准确性并提出改进意见。
? 良好的问题解决能力和决策能力，还需良好的项目管理和合理规划分配能力。
? 优秀的组织能力，自我激励，高效守时并注重细节。能够独立工作同时能具备团队协作能力。
? 优秀的人际交往能力，友善随和，能够快速与对方建立联系并发展推进。
? 具有良好的电脑办公技能（Word, Excel, PowerPoint,网页浏览以及邮件）以及对细节问题的高度关注。
? 能够很好地适应国际化办公环境，能够与不同国籍、不同文化背景的人沟通交流。
? 体育爱好者（特别是足球!）优先，但不是必要条件。

Coaching Network Development Manager

ClubFootball is seeking a full-time Coaching Network Development Manager to expand the club’s network of junior football partner venues and manage relationships with existing partner venues within the club’s junior football department.

Summary of Responsibilities

Manage and enhance relationships with existing ClubFootball junior coaching partner venues.
Ensure smooth and effective communication of schedules and programme information between club management and partner venues.
Deal with venue-related problems arising in a timely and efficient manner.
Build and maintain a database of potential coaching partner venues, including schools, kindergartens, public facilities and other independent venues.
Identify suitable partner venues, develop relationships, and negotiate agreements in order to expand and develop the club’s network of junior partners.
Work with management to plan the strategic growth of the club’s coaching network.
Attend & assist with other club and third party events & functions as required.


Requirements


The successful candidates will be based at the ClubFootball Offices at Jiuxianqiao. Working hours are 5 days per week from Mon to Fri. Occasional weekend work may be required.



· University graduate,

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Chinese – additional language skills are advantageous).

· Sales or account management experience advantageous.

· The ability to create and maintain a database of partners, and the attention to detail to keep accurate records and reporting mechanisms.

· Sound problem-solving abilities, in addition to excellent project management, prioritization, and planning skills.

· Very well-organized, self-motivated, efficient and punctual with high-attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly & approachable with an ability to quickly develop relationships and strengthen them going forward.

· Good computer skills (primarily Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet browsing and e-mail) and a high-level of attention to detail.

· Candidates must be comfortable working in an international environment and dealing with people from all countries and backgrounds

A passion for sports (and football especially!) is advantageous but not essential.
