Office Manager


- University graduate with accounting or relevant studies
- At least 7 years working experience with over 3 years in accounting or law
firm or Corporate Services provider
- Qualified accountant is a good asset but not absolutely necessary
- Good command in English and mandarin
- Good understanding of the underlying laws and regulations in accounting, tax compliance and/or company law in PRC
- Responsible for our Beijing office's day to day management and administration, servicing existing client and promoting the company business
- Responsible for our Beijing office's operational profit & loss account
- The position will report directly to the Principal in charge of China Operations.
- Must be a Beijing Resident

岗位要求

1. 本科及以上学历，有会计、财务或相关专业本科以上，注册会计师职称优先；

2. 7年以上工作经验，超过3年以上从事会计服务企业，律师事务所或5年以上管理（或2年经理以上管理）经验者优先；

3. 国家英语6级或以上，具有良好的口头及书面表达能力；

4. 全面负责北京分公司的日常行政管理和人事管理工作；

5. 负责分公司业务推广和客户关系维护和管理工作；

6. 负责北京分公司日常营运预算，遵守公司财务管理制度，加强分公司费用管理，认真审核各项费用开支；

7. 分公司营运情况直接向香港汇报；

8. 熟悉国家会计法规（包括税法和公司法），熟练运用办公软件和熟悉财务软件；

9. 熟悉国家劳动法律和法规；

10. 敬业、责任心强、严谨踏实、工作仔细认真；优秀的沟通能力及能承受压力，有开拓创新精神和团队合作精神。
