MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Technical leadership in WCDMA BTS integration- and verification testing activities.
· Improvement laboratory-, testability activities and working processes; Involved in early SW design phase and provide testing feedback to improve testability
· Test planning work and test case specification work (including inspection-, workshop-, task force type of work);
· Consults, supports and guides others toward internal- and external customer requirements, ensures that BTS functionalities are working like specified (meets the requirements)
· BTS fault management (find, report and follow-up faults). Trouble shooting and problem solving work in BTS- and system level, cultivating team's trouble shooting skills as well;
· Real model for knowledge sharing and and research group work; contribute to team competence development activities as technical coach and coordinator.
· Support local- and international customers remotely or on-site.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology or Computer Science.
- 3+ years related work experience.
- Good knowledge about WCDMA system, especially in RAN and BTS area;
- Good knowledge of IP transport technologies and protocols, such as vlan/ospf/tcp/udp/gtp/rtp/sctp and so on is plus
- Good knowledge of SDH/PDH networking, Router&Switch configuration and applications is plus
- Basic knowledge of synchronization networks, Microwave equipments, Unix/Linux is a strong plus
- Fluent spoken and written English
