Responsibilities:
? Support a team of 8 Treasury Salespersons (4 in Shanghai and 4 in Beijing)
? FX trade booking
? Daily FX quotation to Treasury Middle and Back Office
? Raise and follow up on request for KYC for new clients
? Pick up phone calls on sales desk
? Master or Transactional Documentation following up with clients
? Sales FX Position Report to Treasury
? Send interbank tickets and book inter branch trades
Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree
? Strong communications skill in both English and Chinese
? Be able to work under pressure and deliver within a short turnaround time.
? Excellent PC skills especially MS Office/Excel/ Word.
? Mature, responsible, trustworthy, self-motivated and detail-oriented
