Tasks Description



The Controlling activities of the Bayer Group Platform focus on all Service Functions in China & HK including Service Functions hosted in subsidiaries.

Job Overview:
This position is suited for an experienced controller

IT Controller
？ Work closely together with Head of Controlling and Head of IT and IT Management - acting as Business Partner for IT Head
？ Prepare Budget & Forecast for the IT platform as per global and local requirement
？ Monitor & analyse the deviation of the actual cost, FTEs & KPIs vs. budget / forecast
？ Provide professional analysis to higher level management & highlight risks and opportunities
？ Supporting decision-making of management by preparing regular reports as well as ad-hoc reports
？ Develop and implement controlling tools to coordination of major country Controlling initiatives and ongoing projects and ad-hoc requirements by management.
？ Coordinate & Communicate closely with Subgroup / Business Controlling, local IT Platform & Global BBS Controlling in Germany
？ Coordinate figures with different departments, ensure information is consistent
？ Define and manage functional specific value flows & allocation keys
？ Contributor to global and local high-level strategic initiatives & projects

？ Work independently & closely together with Controlling Manager and Head of Department and Department Management Team - acting as Business Partner for Department Head
？ Prepare Budget & Forecast for the Functional platform as per global and local requirement
？ Monitor & analyze the deviation of the actual cost, FTEs & KPIs vs. budget/ forecast
？ Provide professional analysis to higher level management & highlight risks and opportunities
？ Prepare regular reports as well as ad-hoc reports

Requirements Description



？ Bachelor degree in Major in Finance or Accounting related major
？ Master degree will be considered a plus
？ >5 years of working experience in MNC's (Experience in Controlling is highly preferred)
？ Passionate with his/her career development, seeking for self-recognition.
？ Excellent analytical & conceptual skills, pro-active, structured personality.
？ Strong communication, cross functional networking & inter-personnel skills to collaborate with different hierarchies in the organisation
？ Personality: Positive attitude, pursuing goals with energy, drive and determination - willing to go the extra mile
？ Strong ability in multi-tasking & perform well under time pressure
？ Ability to simultaneously manage and coordinate a number of complex tasks within strict timelines and effectively manage and prioritize workloads
？ Ability and willingness to respond to ad-hoc requests that may require some flexibility of overtime work
？ Strong team-player
？ Sufficient IT Knowledge with respect to SAP, BW & Powerpoint
？ Strong data process ability - good sens for numbers; experience with complex analysis in MS Excel and handling relevant controlling systems
？ High proficiency level in English
