Tasks Description


Position: Major Tasks

Personnel Cost Controller
？ Support HR Controller in monitoring,
budgeting, forecasting & reporting the personnel cost for the Bayer Group Platform
？ Support HR Controller & Functional Controller with deep dive personnel cost analysis
？ Support BGP Department Heads & Cost center owner of various functions to conduct the personnel cost budget & deviation analysis
？ Acting as main interface to HRIS

Controlling Coordinator
？ Work closely together with Controlling Head & support the Controlling Head & Team in the daily operational business
？ Support projects
？ Provide ad-hoc support
？ Coordinate & harmonize cross-functional topics, reports and presentations
？ Coordinate with different functions, business groups and community
？ Coordinate figures with different departments, ensure information is consistent, etc.
？ Keep an overview of relevant topics, prioritize if necessary, follow-up on ongoing issues
？ Organization and documentation of projects / tasks related to the Controlling Team
？ Prepare presentations for internal and external meetings
？ Prepare business updates

Provide support and back up function for Functional Controllers

？ Bachelor degree, Major in Finance, Accounting, General Management, Economics, Business, etc.
？ Master degree will be considered a plus
？ Passionate with his/her career development, seeking for self recognition.
？ Excellent analytical & conceptual skills, pro-active, structured personality.
？ Strong communication, cross functional networking & inter-personnel skills to collaborate with different hierarchies in the organisation
？ Personality: Positive attitude, pursuing goals with energy, drive and determination - willing to go the extra mile
？ Strong ability in multi-tasking & perform well under time pressure
？ Ability to simultaneously manage and coordinate a number of complex tasks within strict timelines and effectively manage and prioritize workloads
？ Ability and willingness to respond to ad-hoc requests that may require some flexibility of overtime work
？ Strong team-player
？ Sufficient IT Knowledge with respect to SAP, BW & Powerpoint
？ Experience with complex analysis in MS Excel and handling relevant controlling systems
？ High proficiency level in English
