RESPONSIBILITIES:
To assist in the comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management of client.

Delivery of services in accordance with the clients for Facilities Management.

Support the Senior Facilities Team in the implementation of key initiatives and projects.
Manage all Mailroom services and functions – maintain and improve the mailing functions for client including
Manage all Courier Services
Ensure all Couriers report to the designated location for Registration.

Should the cargo require the signature of the intended recipient then the Mail Room must contact the responsible person for instruction
Ensure couriers do not walk the floors of the facility unless accompanied by a designed person from the Mailroom Manage all mail processing and distribution
Formulate and implement policies for the effective operation of mailroom services
Provide reports on the status of mailroom operations and any process improvements
Manage to destruction of confidential paper and shredding
Management of all confidential items
Ensure the effective distribution of all incoming mail
Provide superior customer service
Ensure feedback from client sessions is recorded and actioned to the satisfaction of the end user.
Pro-actively manage client’s expectations ensuring that the service levels are maintained
Provide input as required into the Monthly Report to client
