职位描述
Responsibility:
1.Collaborate with the Operations and SCM Leadership on strategy setting and ensure execution
2.Ensure the appropriate level of capability exists within the function through: strategy setting, talent assessments, development, succession plans and recruitment
3.Provide leadership on the implementation, measurement and compliance of standardized 1Kerry processes and ways of working
4.Support the executive in evaluating investment opportunities and supporting the Kerryexcel programme
5.Accountable for Regional Performance Measurement and Performance Management including KPI’s and service levels, cost & statistical reporting for Process Manufacturing & Supply Chain and measurement of performance versus targets
6.Accountable for ensuring KPI targets setting and performance analysis is completed consistently/timely and provides guidance to those responsible.
7.Actively participate in regional and global functional governance, ensuring 1Kerry process compliance and continuously improving processes.
8.Leadership role in deploying of product costing solution for Kerryconnect (SAP) in China.
9.Collaborate with the business/technology owners on process manufacturing and supply chain risk management strategy and ensure process compliance within the function.

4,Knowledge of and experience of implementing best practice solutions to drive a high performance culture.
