The sales engineer reports to TRT manager, is responsible for providing support on technical, documents, offer, tendering and negotiation etc. for the projects with S7000 in the supported branch territories, to support the branch achieving the S7000 sales and margin target to improve and reinforce Schindler image in the local market.
销售工程师向TRT经理汇报,其主要职责是为对口的分公司提供技术、资料、报价、投标和议标等方面的支持,帮助分公司完成高端电梯的销售目标和利润指标,以改善和加强迅达在当地的市场形象。

A: Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责

- Visit the customer together with the branch sales force and introduce S7000, to establish the good impression on the customer on Schindler products and corporate image;
与分公司销售人员一起拜访客户,并介绍S7000产品,建立客户对迅达产品和公司的良好印象;
- Provide with the elevator plan for the building by making the building traffic analysis, to establish the image of specialist of the top range products to the customer;
提供大楼交通流量分析,为客户规划作前期服务,建立迅达在高端电梯领域专家的形象;
- Provide timely technical support to the branch, such as product configuration, parameters and layout dimensions;
为各分公司提供及时的技术支持,如产品配置、性能参数、土建尺寸要求等;
- Tender for the branch HVP projects and support the branch sales force on the tender & offer for the top range products, to help the branches reach the S7000 sales target;
为分公司的HVP项目进行投标和配合及协助各分公司高端电梯项目的报价和投标工作,以帮助分公司完成S7000的销售指标;
- Per the process, provide the Leegoo output files necessary to the layout drawings to the drawing engineers, and provide necessary support and clarification when needed;
根据流程向土建工程师提供绘制合同土建图需要的Leegoo导出文件,并根据需要提供协助和澄清;
- Provide the price calculation and component group cost, so that CMD can upload the figures to
SAP system;
向CMD提供S7000合同承接所需要的价格计算和部件组成本,以便CMD的SAP数据上载;
- Per the contract requirement and process, update the S7000 configurations, and handover the updated Leegoo configuration to TRT order processing engineer to ensure the configuration accuracy;
根据合同要求和流程,更新S7000的最新配置,将更新的Leegoo配置移交给TRT合同处理,确保配置准确;
- Help or support CMD and Fin make the S7000 pre and post C1 gap analysis;
根据需要,帮助或支持CMD和财务部门进行S7000的pre post C1的差异分析;
- Keep communication with the branch sales to know the latest information of the projects, and update the Leegoo sales funnel in a monthly basis to ensure the information and figures right;
保持与分公司销售员的沟通,充分了解项目的最新信息,每月更新Leegoo的销售漏斗,确保信息准确;
