Job Description:

Supervise all aspects related to marketing/leasing/utility/project expenditure, ensure timely and accuracy payment and accounting treatment
Balance account review
P&L exceptional items explanation
Establish working standards, develop objectives and design/maintain effective workflows and operating procedures and control system for A/P function.
In charge of SOP setup and update.
Establish and maintain accounts payable process and procedure, ensure payment and accounting treatment comply with all GAAP and group finance policy requirements.
Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory issues and compliance of all internal controls and external regulations.
Implement New leasing system
Conduct internal audit, finance analysis and cost control
Participate in ERP enhancement project.




Job Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting or Finance is Preferred;
A qualified Accountant (ACCA or CICPA) is preferred;
Strong analytical skill;
6-8 years Finance department working experience and two years in managerial / supervision position;
Fluent in Cantonese;
Self-motivated and willing to change;
Familiar with Oracle is preferable;
Strong process management skill with an ability to initiate process improvements;
Good commend of English both in reading and writing and oral;
Familiar with Excel/Marco is a plus.
