Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales Directors and Accounts Managers by providing the necessary support to compete effectively with key competitors
Develop, present and demonstrate Oracle application solutions to prospective customers based on detailed customer requirements.
Support the development of customer workshops, pilots and proof-of-concepts
Provide necessary input into RFI's and RFP's
As an integral member of the sales team, contribute in detailed qualification of opportunities, formulation of strategies and technical approaches, plans for presales campaigns
Relevant Training & Experiences:
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in designing software solutions and providing business consultancy.
Subject matter expertise and software implementation experience in the area of Performance Management & Governance, Risk and Compliance is desired
Prior experience in ERP sales consulting and/or implementation experience would be an advantage
Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and oral, ability to communicate at all levels and develop executive level relationships.
Excellent capability of driving initiatives and managing project team members during presales stage (as required)
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
Self-motivator with the ability to work independently (as required)
Willing to travel regionally
Degree level qualification and above
Chinese Language Fluency: Mandarin is required
