Key Responsibilities
（1） To prepare an annual marketing business plan and budget;
制定年度行销业务计划及业务预算；
（2） To ensure that the marketing budget is controlled and does not exceed the agreed annual budget;
确保预算成本的控制；
（3） To write and keep current all standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for the marketing team;
撰写部门之标准作业流程并持续更新；
（4） To oversee the development of an annual events calendar incorporating seasonal and tenant related events for a 12 month period;
监督年度活动计划的发展，包含季节性的，与租户厂商相关的活动；
（5） To provide training to the team when and where required;
提供部门人员适时适地必要的培训；
（6） To grow and develop the marketing team;
带领团队成长；
（7） To oversee all collection of customer traffic data and provide analysis on a regular basis (weekly/monthly) to the General Manager;
监督所有客户业务资料，并按周/月提供总经理分析报告；
（8） To provide regular weekly and monthly marketing reports to the General Manager;
定期提供总经理行销周报及月报；
（9） To coordinate all methods of maintaining and increasing business volume. This includes advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, etc.;
协调运作各种维持并增加销量的活动方案，如广告，促销，人员销售，公共宣传，社区关系，特别促销方案等;
（10） To develop and foster relationships amongst the tenants to promote marketing activities and promotions;
发展维护与租户厂商之间良好的关系，以推广行销活动及促销方案；
（11） To review regularly internal promotion pieces for visual effect and ensure they conform with brand standards;
定期检阅商场内促销活动的视觉效果展示品以确保符合品牌标准；
（12） To gain positive exposure for the retail centre in all areas of media;
在所有的媒体为商场争取正面曝光的机会；
（13） To always be up to date on all competitors within the Shanghai area and abroad;
随时掌握竞争对手的最新动态；
（14） To investigate potential markets by:
-Analyzing guest buying behaviors
-Studying guest questionnaires
-Reviewing government statistics on visitors to the city
-Analyzing competition's sales/promotion efforts;
藉由以下方式来调查潜在市场：
-分析顾客购买行为
-研究顾客问卷调查
-审视有关来访旅客的官方统计数据
-分析竞争对手的拍卖促销手法；
（15） To review regularly the Public Relations activities to ensure high awareness of the shopping center in the local and national media；
定期审阅公关活动以确保在本地及全国的媒体拥有高知名度；
（16） To develop marketing activities that attract the right customer driving retailers sales and customer traffic to the retail centre at all times;
发展行销活动，以时时刻刻吸引合适的消费者为商场带来销售业绩；
（17） To assist the General Manager in identifying any required centre improvements;
协助总经理明确商场必要的改善计划；
（18） To always conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.
随时均能以身作则，保持专业举止态度。

Job Specifications:
－Marketing degree or Bachelor degree in a similar discipline
－English：Fluent (oral and written)
－Knowledge：Budgeting and Cost Control、understand how to drive sales and customer traffic
－Experience in writing annual business plans and event calendars,
－Skills：Word/Excel/PPT/Access/Outlook, etc.
－Abilities：High level of communication in both written and oral skills, public speaking skills, ability to lead and manage a team of professionals, creativity, constructive problem solving, ability to negotiate with suppliers, etc.
－Others：Previous experience required in marketing a shopping centre or department store, display a high level of professionalism, previous experience in dealing with the media, at least 8 years in retail marketing in a management role.
