职位描述
Job description:
1. Credit management and control, such as the AR /AP, try to decrease risk of credit and cash flow management, resolving credit issues. Try to decrease risk credit and cash flow management. Familiar the OCAS system .Coordinate with business and other groups to resolve system and credit related issues, including collection problems, overdue and bad debt.
2. Analyze financial data and recommend solution to team leader and other team member when find the problem and resolve it in daily work.
3. Check interior monthly revenue and cost with HQ’s accountant and reporting.
4. Manage branch’s fixed asset and low cost short lived article in ledger with ADM and ACCT staff.
5. Check the indirect expense such as entertainment charge, office expenditure, expenses under company ACCT Rule. Keep local monthly ACCT closing smoothly and timely, include Rev, Cost, AR/AR, Assets management, expense collect, etc.
6. Assistant team leader to deal with the ADM work. Other related work assigned by team leader.
Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with major in Finance, holding Accounting Certificate.
2. At least 2 year related working experience in foreign corporation.
3. Basic knowledge of finance, accounting and PRC finance regulations.
4. Base PC skills, including MS Word & Excel, UFIDA financial software, ERP system experience.
5. Fluent in both oral and written English. CET-4 above. Conscientious, patient, Good communication skill, be initiative to solve problems, work actively and seriously.
