Job Description

1. Design and development of Mechanical Parts
机械部件的设计与开发

2. Perform system levels DVT and ALT testing and optimization
系统级DVT（设计检验测试）和ALT（加速寿命测试）及优化

3. Provide technical recommendation based on cost and make improvements to the design
为优化成本提供技术建议，并改进设计

4. Define mechanical parts specifications and test requirements.
定义机械零件规格书和测试要求

5. Provide guidance to junior engineer in product development
为初级工程师进行产品开发提供指导

6. Oversee mechanical system architecture design and provides guidance to junior engineers for mechanical part design
评审系统架构设计，并对初级工程师设计机械零件提供指导

7. Lead junior engineers in test, failure analysis, root-cause and issues resolution.
指导初级工程师进行测试，分析失效根源和解决问题

8. Provide factory support for prototype build
为工厂制作原型机提供技术支持

9. Perform system integration, plastic and metal part design and system levels testing and optimization
执行系统集成，塑胶和金属部件的设计和系统级测试及优化

10. Work with a team of engineers and/or designers from different disciplines through different phases of the product development
在产品开发的相应阶段，与同部门以及跨部门的工程师进行合作

Specific Knowledge/Skills

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
机械工程学士学位，并有一年以上的相关工作经验；

2. Experience in new product development cycle.
新产品开发相关经验；

3. Must have Pro-E CAD experience
熟练操作Pro-E及CAD；

4. Good working knowledge on mechanical fundamental, system design and design skills on plastic and sheet metal parts.
熟练掌握机械原理，系统设计以及塑料、冲压件的设计等相关知识；

5. Analytical, diligent, dynamic with good interpersonal skills
善于分析，有良好的人际交往能力；

6. Must be able to manage time and deliver all tasks in a timely manner.
良好的时间管理能力，可以有序及时完成各项任务；

7. Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin.
良好的英语及普通话能力；
