职位描述
Principal responsibilities
1.Develop and sustain safe systems of work in transport safety meeting, the Linde Group policy and standards and local regulatory requirements.
2.Implement distribution and channel strategy to deliver safety , service and performance.
3.Create value with rigorous and focussed management of delivery and cost performance.
4.Support and facilitate training across the region to improve capability and competency.
5.Support commercialisation of plants by providing adequate and efficient resourcing in conjunction with distribution and other functions.
6.Drive operational change to implement highly utilised manning and fleet models.
7.Work with HPO team to identify and implement projects that will deliver savings.
8.Implement global standards in key business processes and systems, report in accordance with global reporting requirements.
Required key skills (functional/technical):
1.Strong written and verbal communication skills( including English)
2.Strong analytical skills
3.Pragmatic problem solving skills
4.Ability to work in and across teams in central and regional areas
5.Strong execution and decision making ability
Required qualifications/experience:
1.Management / Logistics degree
2.Thorough understanding of BOP Operations and Supply Chain
3.Experience in driver and fleet management
4.Experience in managing contractors
5.Demonstrated business acumen
6.Knowledge and application of modern business systems
7.Strong coaching ability
