General Summary:
Implement, manage and co-ordinate all occupational health safety, security and environmental programs and processes at Operations Site/Plant to ensure safe working places, sound environmental practices and prevent asset losses, guarantee compliance with local regulations and relevant policies.
执行，管理和协调工厂所有关于职业健康，安全，保卫和环境管理计划，以确保给员工提供安全的工作场所，保持良好的环境保护实践和防止财产损失，确保工厂的运作符合当地的法律法规要求和政策。

Requirements：
University degree in Occupational Health Safety, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related fields.
职业健康安全，工程，环境管理或其它相关专业，大学本科毕业
Good knowledge of International Safety and Environmental Standards and local safety/environmental regulations, national regulatory requirements.
良好的安全生产体系相关知识，熟悉职业健康，安全和环境管理的相关法律法规

3+ years or above working experience in medium/large size manufacturing.
3年以上在中型或大型制造企业的工作经验

Enough experience on safety management and fire fighting
丰富的安全管理和消防管理的工作经验

Good communication/presentation skills and team player.
良好的培训和陈述技巧和团队精神

Good computer skills.
熟练操作电脑

Practice in foods business is prefer

Responsibilities：
Customize, implement and maintain Plant occupational health, safety and environment Management System and Security Management System in order to meet local legal requirements.
制定，执行和维护工厂的职业健康安全和环境管理体系和安全保卫管理体系以符合当地法规要求和政策要求。

Identifying site EHS training needs, developing and conducting it.
识别现场的EHS培训需求，并开发和实施。

PPE management and firefighting management.
个人劳动防护用品管理和消防管理

Work permits issue, safety daily inspection, JSA promotion and contractor safety management.
危险作业工作许可证颁发，安全日检，JSA推动和承包商安全管理。


Communicate and maintain relationships with local government regulators. Managing licenses, permits, so as to ensure they are up to date.
与当地的政府部门保持交流。管理特种设备许可证，确保及时更新。

Other EHS related tasks and tasks from managers.
