Responsibilities

Responsible for Formulation and Execution of business development plan for the B2B business unit:

- Identification of emerging opportunity for new product, new partnership and/or new business model. Preparation and implementation of new business development strategy.

- Work closely with the manufacturing team in establishing business / investment case for new production facility, capability and / or capacity.

Market Intelligence

- Regular monitoring of trend and activities of key market segment, product category, government policies, consumer behavior and competitors news.

- Establish professional relationship with government / semi-official bodies regarding existing and emerging policies relevant to the dairy / food industries.

Market Analysis

- Collection and provision of specific market segment analysis to support sales / key account management team to establish value proposition for newly developed products.

- Regular monitoring of international dairy market / dairy trade and activities of major dairy exporters for analyzing implication on the China domestic market.

Qualifications

- Bachelor/Master degree, majored in food science or marketing or commerce or biochemistry or other related majors

- At least 5 years market development experience in dairy / food industry

- Knowledge of dairy food products and applications preferred

- Logical and good at analysis

- English: good
