职位描述
-Provide full recruiting service to business including Talent Sourcing Channel enhancement, talent selection & engagement, Talent Intelligence mapping, Talent pipeline building, Search firm evaluation, engagement and record tracking, recruitment process excellence optimization.
-Develop effective communication channels and mechanisms with the business leaders and business HR Managers to ensure they are up-to-date on recruiting activities and process.
-Providing staffing related training to the hiring managers.
-Explore and recommend the most effective methods/sources of recruiting.
-Conduct job analysis, explore and design the appropriate selection methods/process.
-Responsible for new depots staffing planning & related recruiting activities. Travel to new locations to enhance new depot system setting up especially in recruiting area.
-Participant the execution of Organization & Talent review for various functions.
-Build up hiring talent pool system in leading depot, to ensure brother depots capability of hr management could be enhanced.
-Bachelor’s degree in HR management, or related field
-Exhibit capability to identify innovative ways for HR to support the business strategy
-Demonstrate ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy; directs actions toward achieving goals that are critical to success
