Purpose of the Job：
Assist Marketing Supervisor to manage all activities of marketing辅助市场主管负责市场部各项工作的执行。

Tasks & Responsibilities：
- Assist in planning and executing all tactical marketing activities, involve in strategy marketing plan development. 协助市场活动的策划与执行。
- Responsible for tracking and monitor marketing activity in different regions. 负责各区市场活动的跟踪与执行。
- Communicate with regional managers and shop managers. Prompt feedback from the field. 与各大区经理/店长沟通并及时进行信息反馈。
- Marketing research, competitor analysis and product portfolio analysis. 进行市场调研与分析。
- Back up marketing material inventory management. 市场资料的发放与库存管理。
- Website update.. 网站内容的更新与维护。
- Other requirements by line manager. 上级主管布置的其他工作。

Qualifications：
- College degree. 大专以上学历。
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Marketing/ Field Sales/Sales Operation, FMCG industry or retail industry experience is a plus. 至少两年市场推广工作经验。
- Open minded, strongly adaptive & good at communication with coordination skill.性格外向，抗压性强，具备很强的责任感和事业心；擅于沟通与协调，良好的团队合作意识。
- Ability to work under pressure 能承受工作压力。
- Analytical and conceptual thinking 有良好的分析能力。
- Rapid perception 反应快速。
- Good at communication and coordination 善于沟通与协调。
- Good at writing 文字写作能力强。
- Respect and esteem 尊重和自我尊重。
