Job description

- Sales of HW maintenance for IBM server, for both warranty exit capture & renewal customers

- Cross selling of third party maintenance services, as well as other technical support services such as site relocation, system set up etc.

- Carry out business mainly through telephone/email/web selling with occasionally face to face meetings

- Responsible for territory mainly covering small to medium size customers

- Responsible for achieving quarterly signing & revenue quota

- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction indicated by post sales survey

- University graduates with sound knowledge in Information Technology

- At least 2-5 years sales experience in IT industry

- Experience in selling IT services preferably maintenance services

- Good command of English both spoken & written

- Fluent Cantonese with no accent

- Organized, disciplined, and attention to details

- Self motivated & hard working, willing to work overtime
