Position: Supply Planner Analyst

Department: Logistic / Supply Planner Department

Report to: SUZ Logistic Manager

Summary

The Supply Planner will be responsible for the strategic and tactical planning of manufacturing for a specific set of products/raw material within a Fine. The Supply Planner will act as an owner of total inventories and will work to achieve both customer satisfaction and business objectives.

Responsibilities

1. Manage inventory levels for OSD specific products and raw materials, coordinating efforts with Purchasing, Production Planning and/or Sales.

2. Well manage total inventory including raw material, semi-FG and FG in a lean level to achieve the excellent cash flow. Aggressively manage inventory turns and product movement by date code.

3. Require coordination of production schedules, forecasts, determining material requirements, management of finished goods/output and distribution plans.

4. Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, provide necessary reports and analysis needed to enable the S&OP process.

5. Determine and coordinate with Manufacturing the requirement for and availability of raw product to support the production plans.

6. Monitor adherence to plan, and work with plants/vendors to resolve any issues that arise.

7. With experience, working on projects that improve the supply chain processes and productivity using knowledge of six sigma and/or lean manufacturing.

Job Qualifications (Required)

· Four year BA/BS degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering.

· At least 3 years working experience of supply planning in foreign investment company.

· Fluent English communication skill in oral.

· Must be able to gain full expertise and working knowledge of specific ERP system.

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills needed to deal effectively with many different levels of operations, management, external suppliers, and business partners, and an ability to work independently and effortlessly across organizational boundaries.

Job Qualifications (Preferred)

· Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
