REPORTING TO汇报线: Quality Manager
JOB PURPOSE　工作目的
As a member of GSO-A Quality organization, the individual will be responsible for OEM/ODM suppliers’ performance monitoring and outgoing inspection.
The major focus of this position will be to carry out outgoing inspection and in-process audit in OEM suppliers’ factories to make the products meet Electrolux spec and requirement.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要的工作职责
- Access and monitor quality assurance in contract manufacturer.
ü Product outgoing quality inspection.
ü Supplier in-process audit.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly inspection Reporting
- Effective communication with supplier and demand flow for shipment release
- Highlight any non-conformance found in outgoing inspection and process audit to supplier and engineer.
- Assist engineer to manage and improve quality performance of the supplier.
- Maintain & implement overall quality system, quality procedure and relevant documentation.
- Other jobs assigned by Manager.

Educational Background / Professional Qualification Requirement 学历／专业资格要求
Graduate above Technical Secondary School are required, advanced degree preferred.
Work Experience Requirement 工作经验要求
At 2- year home appliance inspection experience and in relevant Operations experience.
Hands-on supplier’s management experience is a plus.
Skill/Competence Requirement主要技能要求
· Good quality assurance skills.
· English reading and writing.
· The ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
· Excellent execution and problem-finding skills;
Experience in home appliance inspection.
Personal Characteristics Requirement　性格特征要求
Hard work; Willing to do; Dedicated.
Language ability Requirement 语言能力要求
English writing and reading skills are needed, Mandarin.
Fluent oral English is a plus.
