B. Job purpose
The key responsibilities and accountabilities for the incumbent are to:
? Brand image and awareness building in North region- as a world-class leading brand in the industry
? Innovation & Differentiated Products Development, Communication & Rollout to 2 cities
? Hertz partnership network continuous build-up
? Hertz China #1 Club Support
? Quarterly Hertz China Internal Communication Flyer
? Working actively and collaboratively with international marketing and sales team to maximize all opportunities
? Partnership Channel effective promotion & product development and implementation
? Run domestic and outbound report as requested for the reference of management team

D. Knowledge, skills and experience required
Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree or above, major in marketing

Professional Experience:
? 2 years or above working experience in large and medium-sized enterprises, MNC experience are preferred.
? Logical thinking, good analysis skills, excellent command of English communication both in oral and writing.
? Good customer service consciousness and have conscientious working attitude
? Have the ability of balancing the relationship between the client and the company effectively
? Strong organizational and team building ability and lead the team to finish the job with high quality
? Strong coordination and communication skills and keep good cooperation relationship With other departments
? Strong ability to solve the contradiction and deal with the unexpected problems and events in time
