JOB DESCRIPTION-SALES COORDINATOR, HERTZ CHINA

A.Job title/Job code/Reporting to:

Sales Coordinator reporting directly to the Sales team leader

B.The key responsibilities and accountabilities for the incumbent are to:

Follow-up the potential customers and projects.

The effective management of existing client resources to ensure the follow-up orders.

Assist the sales team leader to organize regularly data analysis and reports.

Assist the Sales team leader to make the meeting notes and follow-up the customers.

Ensure the professional answering the customer calls, and can catch the potential business opportunities.

Can using the RentalMan System to do the contract and input equipment information into it.

C.Main Background and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree,major in admin or business related fields.

Fluent in English communication,solid experience in data analysis and sales team supporting.
