Responsibility：
- 负责前台电话接听和转接
- 负责来访客人及外籍人员的接待包括：订餐、饮料的提供、出行及用车安排等
- 负责宾馆、饭店预订
- 负责快递的签收和发送
- 负责出勤报告（负责加班记录和请假单的统计）
- 负责会议室的安排
- 负责门禁卡的保管
- 负责饮用水的定购
- 一些其它事宜
- Reception of calls, reply and transferring
- Reception of the guests and foreigner(Order lunch,Prepare beverages,Hospitality and taxi arrangement of the guests)
- Hotel and restaurant Booking
- Responsible for express delivery
- Attendance report (collecting the overtime record and the application for leave)
- Meeting room management including
- Badge cards management
- Drinking water management
- Different other things
