Responsibilities:

l Direct report to Planning Director

l Assist to set media objective, analyze market/consumer dynamics, and formulate media strategy

l Assist to construct media plan with recommendation on media channels, budget allocation and scheduling strategy

l Explore new media forms and innovative media ideas

l Brief buying team to ensure an effective implementation of the approved media plan

l Co-ordinate with clients and creative agencies in day-to-day account handling and media servicing

l Provide clients with constant updated on competitive activity, media market development and relevant research insight

Requirement:

l 3-4 media planning experience with 4A agencies, good understanding of the work flow of advertising and preferably experience in other forms of communication channel - PR, CRM, BTL, etc

l Experience in handling big FMCG clients and strong in TV planning skill

l Good communication and presentation skills. Able to convince and influence other effectively

l Able to prioritize jobs & communicate these priorities to the team and motivate all members

l Proficiency in Mandarin, English both in conversation & writing

l Computer knowledge, especially PPT in English is a must
