Position Overview
The Store Manager plays the role of a brand ambassador by representing the Disney brand to the Cast and Guests.
· Develops a high energy work environment that supports the achievement of all Company goals and initiatives.
· Inspires Cast and Store Leadership Team to achieve maximum performance levels through daily feedback and performance management.
· Leads the team in fostering teamwork and collaboration among Store, peers and Home Base partners.
· Drives team to achieve exceptional financial results through motivating the Cast, scheduling effectively and controlling expenses.
Primary Responsibilities
· Supervises the Leadership team and Cast in the use of innovation, creative language, technology and product to bring stories to life
· Leads and performs scripted and non-scripted events for Guests and Cast Members in both one on one and group settings
· Establishes the Guest, both internal and external, as the number one priority to ensure that positive memorable experiences are achieved
· Performs the Stage Manager role by holding Cast accountable for sharing knowledge, enthusiasm and passion for the Disney brand
· Develops Cast in service and selling behaviors to drive overall Store results
· Oversees the planning and placement of product to ensure adherence to Stage Set guidelines fits to Store architecture and contributes to the story being told.
· Maintains impeccable, Company directed visual standards through Cast accountability
· Maintains Disney brand standards: Guest service, visual and housekeeping standards through Cast accountability
· Cultivates an environment that is inclusive of all Cast Members and the talents that they bring
· Develops positive, trusting and effective working relationships within the Store, District, Region and Home Base partners
· Supports and participates in initiatives that give back and have a positive impact on internal community and external community
· Adheres to all Company directives which promote the protection and preservation of the environment
· Develops innovative ideas and encourages creative thinking for establishing best practices that will enhance the environment
· Is open with all who interact with the brand. Treats everyone with dignity and respect at all times
· Encourages people to work in a fair, honest and trustworthy way by being a role model
· Champions adherence to all SOPs to protect Company assets and to comply with Company policies and procedures, federal, state/provincial and local employment laws

Relevant experience/requirement
· At least 5 years’ experience in managing a fast growing retail or service / guest experience business. Must be knowledgeable in P&L, guest experience, operations, marketing, sales, and people management.
· Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team that drives results
· Proven ability to manage multiple business priorities through time management, prioritization and organizational skills
· Strong proficiency for business acumen
· Prior management experience in specialty retail preferred
· Job may require lifting boxes that weigh up to 40 pounds and climbing a ladder
· Occasional overnight travel may be required
· Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
· Must maintain a professional appearance
· Good communication skill in English and Chinese
· Bachelor degree or commensurate experience required

· 发展演职人员在服务以及销售行为上的技能,以推动店内整体运营。
· 规划和监管产品的布局摆放以确保履行柜台布景准则,协调商店布局以保证整体适合用于讲述迪士尼故事。
· 通过店内技术以及演职人员责任制有效维护完善公司视觉标准。
· 有效维护迪士尼品牌标准:顾客服务,商店视觉效果以及整理标准。
· 培养一个能够包容所有演职人员以及他们才能的环境。
· 在商店、地区、区域和总部合作伙伴之间培养积极、诚信和有效的合作关系。
· 积极主动支持并参与内部以及外部的社团活动。
· 遵守所有公司旨在保护环境所制定的规章条例。

相关经验/要求
· 要求至少 5 年的管理快速消费品零售或客户服务领域工作经验。必须了解财务损益、客户体验、运营、市场营销、销售以及人员管理。
· 开发并领导团队力求结果导向。
· 通过时间管理,任务优先级和组织能力,来进行多工作任务管理。
· 较强的商业头脑及敏锐度。
· 有专卖零售业相关经历者优先。
· 该工作可能需要参与体力活动,抬举重约40磅的箱子以及高攀。
· 偶尔会有过夜出差行程。
· 为满足包括过夜、夜班、节假日调班等需求,必须能够适应灵活的工作时间制。
· 上班必须保持穿戴整齐、正式。
· 良好的中英文沟通能力。
