职位描述
1) PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Manage Fashion licensing business for the PRC market:
- Support Category Director in development and implementation of Strategic Business Plans.
- Develop appropriate local market category plans & strategies consistent with Global and Regional goals and objectives (both qualitative and quantitative).
- Help drive PRC licenses with OSKRC model (Objective, Strategy, Key Performer, Review & Capabilities).
- Help create compelling products with strong Disney POV, drive consistent implementation.
- Help improve retail presentation excellence and retail channel expansion, drive consistent implementation of retail branding & in-store marketing strategies.
- Monitor industry/market trends, leading brands, performance; retail channels type, performance and consumer behavior to determine Disney’s strategies/plans.
§ Develop, implement and achieve both 5 year Strat plan budgets and annual budgets (wholesale sales, earned revenues, total revenues and OI)
- Identify, new licensees and/or renew existing licensees to develop and grow categories business (including global and regional licensees).
- Identify consumer, product, franchise, and channel gaps and develop and execute plans to fill the gaps and grow business.
- Update forecasts on a monthly basis (.
- Responsible for accounts receivable collection.
- Responsible for the administration and execution of the contract.
- Partner & collaborate with “Top/Key” licensees for the category development & business growth.
- Conduct “Top Licensee” performance reviews (quarterly).
- Ensure licensees have full understanding and are in compliance with Disney’s business standards, regulations and contractual requirements including timely payment of advances, accurate & reliable sales & royalty reporting, ILS compliance, and any other contractual obligations.
§ Develop, implement retail plans to grow business.
- Work closely with key retail account buyers/Retail Sales Marketing (RSM) to manage Disney’s product range and presence at retail.
- Ensure quality of Disney product retail presentation
- Work closely with RSM to implement retail marketing, promotions, and events to enhance brand image and retail images.
§ Work with product development team to improve sales performance through compelling products retail presentation excellence and ongoing brand image enhancements.
§ Maintain competency in DCP business systems:

INvision II (Forecasting)
2) REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
(i) Education & Training
- University graduate, preferably Marketing or Business Commerce.
(ii)Working Experience
- Min 8 years working experience in fashion (apparel, accessory and footwear) industry at merchandising, licensing, marketing , or buyer
