Key Responsibilities：/职责：
- Teamwork with proposal team to finalize the technical agreement with customer./与方案部门合作完成项目技术协议
- Based on technical agreement, assign the design task to internal engineers to finish equipment design./根据技术协议范围，指派内部工程师完成项目设计任务。
- Manage all technical issues/管理好所有项目上的技术问题。
- Work with PM to control the timeline of project./配合项目经理对项目进度进行控制。
- Support on site installation and commissioning of the equipment to fulfill the function requirements./能支持现场设备的安装调试达到设备的功能要求。
- Communicate with suppliers and choose the appropriate technical solutions./与供应商沟通寻求正确的技术方案。
- Coordinate resources to close equipment open issues/协调资源来关掉设备技术问题。
- Support PM to close the project/配合项目经理完成项目的终验收。

Background And Skills/背景及要求：
- Bachelor degree on mechanical engineering or related/本科机械相关专业。
- At least 3 years experience on Powertrain Assembly line technical management/3年动力总成装配线技术管理经验
- Knowledge of Solidworks and AUTOCAD/熟悉solidworks和CAD.
- Good communication skills and willing to take additional responsibility/良好的沟通能力并愿意承担责任。
- Working under pressure/能承担工作压力。
- Good reading, written and oral English is must/英语读、写、口语流利。
- Self-discipline, self-motivation/自律，主动性强。
- Strong work cooperation ability with multiple departments/能与相关各协作方通力合作。
- Domestic travel required/适应国内出差。
