Role Description – summary
-Manage all supplier related quality issues in ABB production
-Leader supplier quality continues improvement action to secure ABB production

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities
-Supplier Quality performance monitor and continues improvement
?Monitor supplier quality performance, supplier PPM monthly
?Fast action to all supplier issues happened in incoming material and production line, root cause analysis and follow up corrective actions, such as 4Q/8D…
?Ensure effective communication of quality issues, to suppliers and internal customers, like purchasing, R&D, sourcing, production and quality…
?Issue complaint report in SAP QM system to suppliers and follow up until issue closed
?Dealing with block materials due to supplier quality reason
?Flop 10 supplier meeting and corrective action follow up by using 4Q .
?Supplier continues improvement, process stable, quality system improvement, quality control tool usage…
-Monthly report and maintain data in system
-The owner of “Block parts” process
-Other jobs assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Electronic engineering
. 3+ years working experience in mechanical manufacturing or development.
. 3+years in machining/Electronics company as engineering or quality controlling engineering should be preferred
. Have rich knowledge and experiences in quality management system.
. Have solid knowledge in QC tools.
. Problem solving and proactive
. Self-discipline, self-motivation
. Be familiar with mechanical/electronic processes
. Strong communication skills and team work
. Willing to travel frequently.
