Objectives of the
position
· The Local Sales Manager is accountable for sales. He/she
develops and implements the local marketing and system sales actions.

Responsibilities
· Execution of the country sales plan agreed
· Recommend and implement local marketing and product strategy
· Optimize Sales regarding volume and gross margin in order to
secure and exceed local budget
· Define and implement effective sales support infrastructure
· Support implementation and use of the marketing and sales tools
· Develop the concept of “special applications” support team
· Develop a common approach between factories for after sales
service
· Ensure continuous improvement in sales processes and cost to
sell
· Develop new customers and market segments and ensure profitably
increase of local volume
· Improve access to markets through external channel partners such
as contractors, system integrators, OEM’s, distributors, etc.
· Encourage One Team approach to the market collecting and sharing
back information
· Represent the Crane in the market
· Execute strategic plan for all portfolio in line with Global
Product Marketing strategy
· Build up and operate an effective marketing and sales support
organization, together with the BU Sales & Marketing Manager
· Reach the Sale budget
· Deliver market intelligence and product requirements to BU Sales
& Marketing


Resource Qualifications
Mechanical Engineers &
Electronics engineers preferably with Bachelor Degree;
Rich Crane and Harbor industry
background;
Rich job experience in Crane
industry;

Computer Skills
· Microsoft office programs including: Excel, Work and Power
point, (Projects is advantageous)

Work experience
At least 5 years experience
working in a related Engineering environment.

· Good interpersonal & organizational skills
· The ability to work in groups or be self-motivated
· To make decisions
· The ability to be an effective Contributor when working in multi
cultural Teams
· Extremely detail oriented person (to prevent error between
