According to ECPS(Embedded Computing Product Segment) strategy, product roadmap, system integration plan, and customer requirement, be responsible of embedded blade servers' development and testing; platform integration and validation, customer applications enablement.
1, Analysis industry trend, customers' requirement and technical specification; Design and construct and verify application-ready platforms, include platforms in ATCA/cPCI/IPC/SSD and embedded software systems. Ensure project schedule, cost and quality.
2, Interface design and Integrate with customer applications in ATCA/cPCI/IPC platforms. Implement software integration strategy, validation solution and plan. Solve technical issues on time. Continuously improve customer satisfaction.
3, lead and monitor platform testing engineers to execute debugging and testing plan, submit and tack testing result. Provide solution proposal for technical issues.
4, participate in researching and investigation in new services and applications, proof of concept. Participate in platform evolution and roadmap definition.
5, guide and coach engineer in daily work

Requirements:
1. At least 5 years experience in embedded software development and testing.
2. Experience in blade server, R&D experience in telecommunication, storage and cloud computing.
3. Familiar with embedded software development, familiar with R&D product development process, include requirement analysis, solution design, development and testing.
4. Familiar with ATCA architecture, and building blocks in ATCA
5. Familiar with telecommunication network components and application service. Such as wireless access, network security, streaming, DPI and so on; familiar with storage and cloud computing.
6. Familiar with embedded operation system, and network protocols.
7. ATCA or Blade Server background is preferred.
