Key Responsibilities

1. Provides analytical support and rewards program administration to Rewards manager. Projects are defined where judgment is exercised within defined established procedures and practices.
2. Provides operational and administrative support to employees compensation and benefit programs.
3. With working knowledge of appropriate programs/provisions, this position ensures activities are carried out in accordance with the appropriate laws and procedures.
4. Supports the administration of Rewards programs such as Focal, Mid-Year review.
5. Interpret and explain rewards policies.
6. Review job descriptions and make leveling recommendations. Conduct and analyze internal and external market studies

Requirements

1. Acceptable for 1 year contract basis for this role temporarily (have opportunity to extend contract for longer time or transfer to be Regular Employee)
2. Bachelor's Degree
3. 2 to 4 Years of C&B, rewards related experience
4. Excellent Excel, PPT skills, good communication and coordination skills and ability to work with multi-tasks.
5. Solves problems in straightforward situations,analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents.
6. Good written and oral English communication skills.
