JOB OBJECTIVES:


Key contributor to the execution on the growth strategy for CMN in China through individual contribution by intensive new business development, project management and indepth market intelligence measures.


Sales value: est. 50mio USD in 2014





MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


· Execute CMN growth strategy in China by fostering new business development


· Achieve Vol and cCM1 target by effective management of sales & marketing initiatives for CMN product portfolio


· Explore new applications of the products portfolio and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area


· Manage assigned projects and drive new business development


· Drive sales growth by expanding business scope via active and intensive participation in cross-BU projects in the ITG for packaging industry


· Develop and manage the market intelligence initiatives for monofilament, co-extrusion, compounding and BOPA etc in China


· Support the “striving for achievement” spirit in the sales team








REQUIREMENTS:





1. Education: University graduate, Chemistry/ Material Engineering / Polymer Science degree or equivalent preferred.





2. Experience: at least 5 years experiences in polymer trading or processing relevant industry





3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: Fluent both in Mandarin and English; Computer literacy (Microsoft Office); Good analytical skills
