职位描述
Job Title: Logistics Analyst (Freight management)
Department: Global Logistics Management
Report to: Logistics Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for day-to-day freight auditing via SAP-TMS system, handling exceptional issue with relevant supplier and internal stakeholders
2.Support to set up and monitor SanDisk billing process with external suppliers and internal account payable team
3.Cooperate with account payable team to settle the freight payment with supplier in a timely manner
4.Maintain freight database to enable freight shopping function in TMS system
5.Generate the customized shipping reports from the system as requirements, and analyze transportation volume, unit costs and supplier’s performance
6.Have a pro-active approach to cost control and suppliers’ service quality improvement
7.Raise enhancement request to IT to improve or design new transaction function of the system
8.Active role as part of the whole logistics management team
Hiring Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or above, 3+ year working experience related to logistics/Business administrative, supply chain, finance, etc.
2.High execution capability, effective problem-solving skill, Operational Finance knowledge
3.Have common sense in transportation network optimization and cost reduction knowledge
4.Working experience in multinational manufacturing company, familiar with SAP system will be a plus
5.Good team player
6.Excellent communication skills with cross functional team
7.Willing to take over challenge and work under high pressure
8.Good command of spoken and written English
9.Good Microsoft Office skills, esp. Excel and PowerPoint
10.Proactive, self-motivation, self-discipline, initiative, dynamic
