Your responsibilities:

1.The position is responsible for consulting with customers and business partners on integrating communication applications with their business processes and applications
2.Serves as technical architect and thought leader in the strategic design, integration and implementation of complex multi-vendor global voice communication solutions.
3.Creates and enhances sophisticated communication architectures and communicates those designs in verbal and written forms in appropriate terms to customers, partners, suppliers, and technical delivery resources.
4.Provides exceptional technical and/or analytical support to clients in identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems of moderate to highly complex business communication systems.
5.Self-directed, making major contributions to teams, and contributes significantly to client satisfaction.

? When acting as Technical Team Lead takes responsibility for client satisfaction on project deliverables. Interfaces directly with clients/others outside the company, recognizes business opportunities and helps to develop them.
? Recognized as a subject matter expert within areas of expertise, and/or is certified in one or more technology areas.
? Capable of diagnosing and evaluating complex issues.
? Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management.
? Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems.

Your Profile:

1. Requires 5 - 8 years experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. Must possess specialization in communication applications or technology areas
3. In-depth knowledge of Avaya or competitor hardware, software, and services portfolio
4. Avaya CM/CS1K, Session manager and/or contact center solution design experience is a requirement
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Must have previous client facing and presentation experience
7. Technical consulting experience required
8. Must be able to travel 30 percent per year
9. Enjoys working in a culturally diverse team
