Area of Responsibilities:

1.Monitor company entire infrastructure including network, system, security and application, Ensure corporation operation
2.Analyze problem, perform initial troubleshooting
3. Coordinate with related technical engineers to handle emergency outage
4. Coordinate with helpdesk team to support company daily business and IT service standardization
5. Provide daily monitoring report and outage report, response for all security alarm and active alerts
6. Establish formal procedures for operational support and information security management

Work Experience:

1. Bachelor degree in computer science and related scientific discipline
2. Strong IT infrastructure skills with 2 years’ experience related field
3. Familiar with Microsoft AD, DNS, DFS, SQL, Cisco products, router, switch etc…
4. Able to work in a demanding environment where quality of work is essential
5. Experience in use of NOC tools, VMware, Hyper-V works is a plus
6. Strong analytical skills, pro-active, fast learning, supportive and self-motivated.
