招聘岗位：采购部（副）经理
职位描述：
1、根据年度采购计划制定日常采购工作方案，确保采购工作顺利完成；
2、创建供应商资信档案和信用评估体系，开发、评估、管理供应商，优化供应商组合，建立稳定的采购渠道，寻找充足的供货渠道；
3、熟悉和掌握公司所需各类物资的产品情况，检查采购的物品是否符合产品质量要求；
4、根据物资需求及消耗情况掌握各种物资的供应渠道和市场变化情况，并努力做好降低采购成本；
5、指导下属提升业务能力及监督采购进程、控制价格；
6、负责组织供应商业务洽谈及检查合同的执行程度和落实情况。
7、负责采购工作的具体实施

任职资格：
1、 大专以上学历，3年以上采购工作经验，2年以上采购管理人员工作经验；
2、化工及相关专业毕业，有化工原料采购经验者优先考虑；
3、 熟悉采购流程，了解财务及税务知识，了解合同法及相关法律知识，有丰富的商务谈判技巧；
4、 熟悉办公软件，并能做数据分析，较强的团队合作能力和良好沟通能力；
5、具备较强的沟通表达能力、谈判能力；
6、为人正直，原则性强。有团队合作意识。
