职位描述

职责:

- 跟进样版生产过程，如裁剪, 车缝过程，以保证样版的交期和品质

- 有效控制样版质量，负责到国内指定供货商进行各类成衣样版质量跟进

-向供货商提出生产技术指导及对样版生产问题作出解决方案，以保证样版的交期和品质

-到工厂批核样办、跟进样版生产进度

-能辨别纸样、工艺问题，并作出解决方案

要求:

-十年或以上有关工作经验

-懂基本英语(书写/会话)

-能服从上司到国内指定地区出差

-熟悉纸样、车衣技术及放码

-对布料及成衣后整有基本认识

-熟悉针织和梭织工艺及了解成衣制作的全过程和各种成衣的品质要求

- 有耐性、反应敏捷、责任心强，能与供货商协调

Job Duties

- Conduct inspection on cutting, sewing and production process of samples

-Communicate with vendors/factories to resolve technical problems

-Follow up sample development with vendors to ensure timely delivery and accurate interpretation of tech packs

-Provide sample comments in terms of fitting, specification and workmanship

-Identify problems of paper pattern and make relevant amendments when necessary

Job Requirements

-At least 10 years' relevant experience in woven/knit apparels

-Good technical knowledge in paper pattern, sewing techniques and size specification grading

-Good technical knowledge in trims and garment construction

-Basic knowledge on fabrics and garment finishes

-An ability to identify the cause and problems on paper pattern, workmanship, finishing/treatment, and give right solutions.

-Patient, genuine and self motivation are key requirements to work with our factories with respect.

-Fair spoken and written English communication skills

-Willing to travel within an assigned region in the PRC
