职位描述

1.Responsible for one or more major accounts’ overall performance and development. Communicate with external customer to ensure service satisfaction. Work closely with internal department to drive for operations excellence in meeting Service Level Agreements.
2.Work with implementation team to set up local SOP and design solution. Maintain and update SOP to reflect actual service requirement
3.Study global tariff with global key account team, report and provide certain suggestions to global KAM and local management team in case there is any issues on tariff before launch the business.
4.Understand global tariff and billing process, take lead to communicate with oversea station regarding billing issues.
5.Conducting business presentation, negotiation, contract review and monthly review meeting with customers.
6.Observing or Handling claims and complaint and red-alerts. Direct to address various issues arising within the accounts and ensure corrective action plans.
7.Understand the market situation and actual cost, response customer’s spot quotation requirement to cope with UTI’s pricing structure and strategy.
8.Study monthly P&L, analyze the reasons for possible profit lost for major lane and provide suggestion and guideline in RFQ.
9.Develop plans, service initiatives and contingency plan to expand business and prevent split business or customer defection.
10.Ensure AR payment for assigned key account.
11.Provide monthly business performance analysis report for nominated key account. Indicate overall performance including revenue, P&L, transit time, outstanding, issues and highlight changes as well as development of the key account.
12.Manager vendor relationship for key accounts. Provide sales leads to field sales to support business expansion.
13.Provide and monitor overall performance for assigned key account, which include, but not limited to above all responsibilities.

SKILLS/BACKGROUND/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
1.Bachelor degree
2.At least 5 years in the freight forwarding or logistics industry with minimum 3 years of the sales experience is a MUST
3.Good verbal and written English
